Our facility in Ataşehir, where we produce all our products from meat to bread, was built with cutting-edge facilities and started its operations in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.Our production facility undergoes regular inspections by the Ministry of Food and Agriculture and the District Directorate of Agriculture, and also the quality of water to all food products is constantly controlled through regular tests in private laboratories.Our in-house veterinarians and food technicians control our activities and we manufacture all our products in accordance with the Turkish Food Codex.
We feed our heifers in our farms in Kars and Gebze with seasonal agricultural crops and grass feeding system in a natural environment while avoiding factory feed. And they are butchered with the halal method under the control of a veterinarian in the state slaughterhouse in Aydınlı, Tuzla.After receiving all health checks and tests in the slaughterhouse and approval documents from expert veterinarians, they are shipped to our production center with our cold-air vehicles.After the aging period, they are cleaned and processed in the best way and delivered to you in MAP packages suitable for red meat with an intact cold chain.
