You can access all our produSat by placing an online order on our website.You can reach us at support line number 0546 904 86 88 for all your support requests, comments and suggestions.

When placing your order, you can choose the payment method that suits you best among online credit card, money order or payment by card at the door.

We deliver our produSat on vehicles with cooling system at 0-4 C without breaking the cold chain.

How do we deliver your orders?

We prepare your orders with high food safety standards and hygiene rules, and deliver them at your doorstep keeping the cold chain, by vehicles equipped with a cooling system.

Delivery Days, Hours and Fees:

We are currently in Istanbul, Kocaeli and Ankara. We deliver to Istanbul 7 days a week, to Kocaeli every Thursday, to Ankara on the 15th of every month.

Our distribution days for Istanbul distriSat are as follows. When shopping online on our website, you can choose the delivery day that suits you according to your district.

Our deliveries continue throughout the day at the specified time intervalsWe cannot promise exact delivery hour, as it varies according to busy hours and location.

You can contact us on our customer support line on the day of delivery to learn about the approximate delivery time.

Çatalca, Silivri and Arnavutköy on the European side of Istanbul, and Şile, Riva and Adalar regions on the Anatolian side are not included in our delivery area.

Our Butcher & Deli section in our Beeves Grill&Brasserie restaurant in Ataşehir is our only retail store. It is open 7 days a week from 10:00 to 22:00.
